At Green Real Estate Investing News, we know that sustainable enterprises and development are critical to a saner, cleaner, more equitable future. And we know that there’s no more important a place to start than with real estate: the homes we live in, the buildings we work at, the spaces we inhabit.

Our mission is to help educate people about green real estate investment — what it is, how it works, and how to get started, whether passively or actively, as an investor yourself. To this end, we offer resources, tips, strategies and advice suitable to potential green investors anywhere.

With the rise of the green movement has come what’s known as “greenwashing” — the use of green terminology and branding to hide business as usual. That’s not what you’ll get from us. Our articles are thoroughly researched and carefully screened to ensure that the information you get is accurate, concise and truly worthy of your time. Because our writers specialize in green real estate, we only pass on what’s truly useful — as opposed to what’s merely trendy.

Importantly, we know real estate investment is something people do to make money. Which is why we focus heavily on the nexus between green investment and profit, and how investors can use green technology and incentives to create win-win solutions.
